Q. Who do you provide your services to?

A. We never disclose who our clients are to anybody. However we can say that we have completed tasks for some of the major blue chip companies, airlines, freight carriers, local education, engineering companies, retail outlets, law firms, financial institutions, security, celebrities and of course the general public who require a wide range of investigations.

Q. How can I be sure that any information discussed will be treated in a confidential manner?

A. Details of all enquiries and assignments are only passed to the Operatives that will be involved with your assignment. All records and data remain under lock and key. As we are regulated by the Data Protection Act, any information has to be securely disposed of and not kept longer than required.

Q. Will the subject of enquiry be made aware that they are under Surveillance or Investigation?

A. We certainly would not tell them and doubt very much if you would want to.

Q. Will you contact me?

A. Any contact is made at your request. We can arrange a time and meeting place of your choice to hand any evidence over. Any other correspondence can be sent to an address that you designate.

Q. What is the cost of your services?

A. Surveillance and Investigation Specialists do not come cheap if you require a professional outcome. However all our rates vary depending on the Assignment and any specialist equipment required including photographic and video evidence. Other considerations are time, number of Operatives and any expenses incurred. We will advise you on the service that best suits your requirements and give you an estimate. 

Q. What sort of equipment do you use?

A. We use the very best in up to date technology, from miniature video cameras that can be fitted into a button hole through to the latest in satellite global systems for tracing the location of a vehicle.
